During the Lassalle family’s visit to Berkeley, Owen slept over for three nights in a row. Owen read to Luca before bed, and they both slept soundly through the night. This morning Luca woke up and said, “Why did Owen have to leave??”

Eight days after her due date, just as Mama was waiting at the hospital to be induced, Tasya decided to come on her own. On April 2 at 5: 52 pm, after 12 hours of labor, she arrived, weighing 9 lbs, 8 oz, 21.5 inches long. She immediately received big kisses from her brother.

Rainy day at home
Today was a rainy vacation day from school, and Luca had a lot of energy to burn. Ribbit! And his dinnertime question of the day was: “Why can’t we see energy?” Some of us can! (It weighs about 30 pounds and today was wearing all red.)
