Today Luca and Baba gave Mama an afternoon at the Claremont Spa for her birthday. While she was being wrapped in mud, they played and talked to people in the cafe. By the time Mama came out, Chengcheng was so tired from all the fun he fell asleep in Baba’s arms.

Recently, when Luca is eating, he stops, looks up at Mama and makes his special gurgling noise. He then watches her expectantly until she responds. If she does, by making the same noise back at him, he smiles and laughs and keeps gurgling at her, completely forgetting that he might still be hungry.
