Little Monkey

The other day Luca was playing in his crib while Mama was in the kitchen. Suddenly Mama heard him laughing hysterically and went in to see what he thought was so funny.

Angel Island

Luca had a great time on Angel Island with Chacha. We took the ferry over, hiked to the top of Mount Livermore, had a picnic, and then took the ferry home. Then we had a delicious Chinese meal, and Luca had worked up such an appetite that he ate four soup dumplings all by himself!

Luca and Sam

Today Luca went to the park with his little friend Sam, who is almost exactly one year younger than Luca. When it was time to say good-bye, Luca leaned over and gave Sam a little kiss as he slept in his stroller.

Zonked

Yesterday Luca and Kai had so much fun playing in the park with Karen, that they both fell asleep on the way home.

Chengcheng and his aunt Jing 承承和小姑姑

Aunt Jing is visiting and today Chengcheng took her on the steam trains. Because The Little Train book that Grampy gave him is now his favorite, he could recognize the smokestack and headlight and Engineer Small, and got very excited everytime smoke poured out of the engine!
