A lesson for Mama and a lesson for Luca

Today both Mama and Luca learned a valuable lesson. Mama learned that baking soda and water does a great job of removing crayon from walls (though she still hasn’t figured out how to get it off the sofa). Luca learned that cleaning crayon off walls is not nearly as much fun as putting it on.

  1. So what IS the problem. Some of us travel to the other side of the earth to look at paintings on walls! You must have known that, Luca! Wait until I show you what some other people have drawn–and THEY didn’t have to wash those drawings away!

  2. Looks great, actually. What a big boy to be able to clea the wall! Here is an idea for sofa: 9. Crayon Stain Removal from Clothing
To remove crayon stains from clothing, first you need to scrape the stain with a butter knife to ensure that as much crayon is removed as possible. Then, if you scrub it with a non-gel toothpaste it …

Also, scrape it and then spray with a bit of WD-40 and wipe it off perhaps—

    Good luck! love, ANI

  4. wait until he tapes all your cabinet doors shut and draws a truck with a Sharpie on your kitchen floor, and then experiments with scissors on your favorite sofa (just like O!!)
