Happy Thanksgiving!

Tonight we were trying to figure out if Luca knew the difference between Chinese and English, and that two languages exist. So Mama asked him, “How do you say ‘big’ in Chinese?” After some encouragement, he correctly answered, “Da!”. Then Baba asked in Chinese, “How do you say it in English?” and right away he said, “Big!”. Then Mama asked: “Who speaks Chinese to you?”

Luca: “Dai (Kai), Ayi, Baba!”

Mama: “Who speaks English to you?”

Luca: “OMama!”
